Our phone lines are open 24/7 to respond to any cleaning or restoration emergency. If we don’t pick up your call right away, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. We never leave a voicemail unanswered and always strive to get a technician out to your home within one week of your call.

It’s impossible for a cleaning or restoration company to provide you with an accurate time or money quote over the phone, even for small jobs. Without being on-site to assess the damages, our technicians won’t know what they’re going up against. We need to schedule an initial assessment to know what equipment to prepare and how to tackle the job. Our technicians may even find damages you weren’t aware of, such as mold growing behind a leaky pipe. 


Companies that offer quotes over the phone don’t always know what they’re cleaning or restoring. They could leave equipment behind that they’ll need, increasing the length of your cleaning or repair job. They may also discover the mess or restoration is more extensive than originally thought, and your total payment could be much more than originally quoted. We don’t want that to happen, so we always assess the job before we provide you with a quote.

When deciding on a quote for your cleaning service, we take three criteria into consideration.
  1. The size of the area to be cleaned. A bigger area will mean a higher cost.
  2. The amount of soiling. The more heavily soiled the area, the more it will cost.
  3. The cleaning package you decide on. Our packages start at $0.50 per square foot and run up to $0.85 per square foot for carpet and $0.75 – $1.25 per square foot for tile.

Our equipment is increasing the rate of evaporation, causing the air to feel wet. Part of our monitoring process includes checking the conditions both indoors and out. If our technicians instruct you to open some windows, it may mean that the conditions outside will help in the drying process. Otherwise, with the use of our hi-tech dehumidifiers, you will notice much dryer conditions in 24 to 48 hours.

After the water extraction, the equipment we use is capable of running for months without being shut off. The equipment will not overheat and should run effectively and without issues. If you hear or smell anything that seems unusual, please unplug the equipment in question and call us immediately at (575) 623-0993. Our technician will be checking all equipment and drying out progress on a regular basis.

Making a claim to your insurance company isn’t always easy. As a preferred provider, Pro Steaming Cleaning and Restoration has plenty of experience with the insurance claims process. Each insurance company and policy are going to be different, so we can’t always tell you what will or won’t be covered. However, we can provide you with all the documentation you’ll need to help your insurance claims process.

We do our best to restore all of your contents to pre-loss conditions. We provide organized pack out and tarping services. Our team will safely pack your valuables, inventory them, and transfer them to a safe, secure, climate-controlled warehouse. Once at the warehouse, we clean, deodorize, and restore your belongings while they are in storage. Anything that we are unable to restore will be itemized and properly cataloged for you to submit to your insurance.

Not unless you want to be. After the initial assessment, our technicians will have everything they need to get started. All of our employees undergo a background check to ensure they will treat you, your family, and your home with care and respect. In fact, in some restoration jobs, it may be safer for you to live somewhere else as work is being done. You only need to be on-site on an as-needed basis.
